Friendly notes on building use: Hot tubs and spa area: These areas are open from 10am to 9pm. The six digit pin code given by your property manager will only give you access to the spa area during these hours. Plumbing: We have 40 year old cast iron plumbing that is reaching the end of its life. Please do not put anything but liquids down Parking: You must have a parking pass visible in your window to park in any parking space in the building. You must park in the spot labeled with your room number. 319 - 325 and 523 spaces are in the back of the lower lot. 326 - 723 are in the upper lot. Renters may not use their spot until check in time on the day of your rental and must leave the spot after checkout. Violators can expect to be booted.
