Skyway Condos is a community of 68 units. Our building is managed by an HOA Board and Property Management Company, Dorman Real Estate Services. Units are owner occupied or tenant occupied. No short term rentals or pets aside from indoor cats are allowed on the premise. There are shared facilities including: - Laundry Room, East and West - Sauna, East and West - Showers and Bathrooms, East and West - Indoor Pool and Indoor Hot Tub (closed in the winter) - Recreation Rooms near the pool available for reservation for owners that include tables, chairs, and a fridge - Brand new mailboxes - Call boxes in both building atriums for deliveries and guests to utilize The building is maintained by a professional cleaning staff several times weekly.
