Our parents purchased this condo in 1991, just before they retired. They wintered here for many years until their deaths in 2007. Our family decided to keep the condo and rent it out to pay for the costs of running it. We prefer to rent the condo weekly from Saturday-Saturday but we can sometimes make exceptions if it makes sense. We try to keep our pricing about 20% less than the rental companies in the area since we prefer to rent it ourselves. We strive to keep it updated and clean.
