2-2025 we earned our 50 year certification. Hyde Park Towers is a 51 Unit condominium located steps from the beach. Built in 1968, units are 2 BR 2 BA and a few 1 BR 1.5 BA We completed a concrete renovation and replaced all balconys including picket and glass. We have new impact e-coated sliding glass doors and windows. Our new Fibertite roof now seals our building. There are no rentals allowed and our Super lives on the property.
