Oceans Five was built in 1975 and is in the row of ocean front condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. It is a high-rise direct oceanfront condominium building with 114 units on 21 floors. Oceans One, Three, Five & Seven are identical in their exterior with six units on each floor. The units are zig-zagged, so that each unit has direct oceanfront. Technically all units there are direct oceanfront but some of them also enjoy a great view of the Intracoastal. Units range from 1,028 SF inside to just over 1,120 SF. Need to mention good size balconies with ocean view and some with the intercostal. Daytona Beach Shores, Florida is one the nicest areas. With over a mile-long stretch of the Atlantic Ocean.
