We are happy to inform you that Sand Pointe Condominiums renovation is progressing well. On September 2022, Hurricane Ian brought devastating 155 MPH winds and an 11-13 foot storm surge. Some of the condos are now accepting reservations for March. We still have to put in the ground floor storage areas, re-construct the pool bathrooms and pool house, and refurbish the pool. The need for our new walkway to the Gulf is mitigated by the beach expansion, which is now walkable from the pool area.
