Seascape Towers Condo is a 12-story beachfront residential condominium complex in New Smyrna Beach, FL where all 72 units are privately owned. The building itself is well maintained and features an enclosed parking garage, a heated pool (in the Winter), spa, shared tennis courts, two shuffleboard courts (one inside, one outside), stairs AND ramp to the beach from our sundeck. Select units are available for rental during the year (2 week minimum in the winter and 1 week minimum in the summer), please contact the onsite management office for details.
