SkyPoint is a 380 unit residential condominium That was built by Novare Group, an Atlanta Georgia developer. SkyPoint opened in June of 2007. SkyPoint Retail units are located on the ground floor and include 5 retail spaces of various uses. The building is 32 stories tall and occupies one Tampa city block. The main lobby entrance is from Ashley Drive. The 24/7, fully staffed concierge desk is located in the lobby.
