Springwood Village is an owner-operated condominium community that was built in the early 1970's with the idea behind it to be a trend setter in leisure seclusion and pleasant country living. It features two architectural styles, the first being a Colonial design of the Old South with 2 bedroom, 1 bath units. The Mansard design which offers the charm of traditional French style offers a combination of one, two, and three bedroom units with multiple baths. The community is situated among many Southern Oak trees and its own lake. It is conveniently located near schools, churches, restaurants, hospital, parks, stores, and bus line. Springwood Village is a privately owned, no solicitation community that is BOA supervised.
