Windsor West Condominium Association, Inc.—originally known as “Windsor West Apartments”—is a well-established residential community located in the heart of Fort Myers, Florida. Founded in 1972, the community welcomed its first residents to Building A on October 25, followed by Building B on November 17 of the same year. In 1979, the property transitioned from rental apartments to individually owned condominiums, forming the foundation of the association as it exists today. Windsor West holds significance in the history of the area, being part of the inaugural pre-planned development in Fort Myers, designated as "Park Windsor. " The extensions of Broadway and Central Avenue beyond Carrell Road encompassed the entirety of Park Windsor.
