• All the properties have been updated, new paint, all new linens and furnishings. • Buildings have been renovated on the exterior • All units have private balconies • 3 units are on the ground level with NO STAIRS • 4 units with full kitchens, 1 with an efficiency kitchen • I have one unit on the ocean • Each unit sleeps 4 people • 2 units allow dogs if under 35 pounds. • I have 3 units in the same building, 2 units can be joined together on ground level to sleep 8 people and have two separate entrances and two kitchens, also have a third unit above it separate entrance and kitchen but all next to each other if they want to host a family reunion or friends//co-workers all near each other.
