The Terraces is a private residential condominium community in Decatur, Georgia. The two and three story rustic, modern homes were each uniquely designed in the early 1970s. The private residences, constructed of cedar siding and shingles and tastefully arranged in a cluster fashion among target stands of trees. The unique landscape and positioning give the private residential community a cabin, wooded feel, and today, these rustic, mid-century modern homes remain architectural gems.
