Eastwood by the Lake (originally Eastwood Beach Apartment Hotel) at 811 W. Eastwood, Chicago IL was designed in 1912 by distinguished Architect John Augustus Nyden. It was built as a glamorous unique hotel with a rooftop ballroom next to the beach. It is one of the most unique condo buildings in Uptown and the oldest known Residential Hotel built in Chicago during the twentieth century. There are 47 units and building amenities include elevators, delivery lockers, pet friendly environment, and a common rooftop deck with panoramic skyline and lake views.
