One of the few high-rise apartment buildings in Wichita, Parklane Towers offers 10 floors with 72 homes. Parklane Towers is a cooperative of owner-only apartments built for adults. As a coop, residents own shares in a non-profit housing corporation and lease their apartment through the corporation. The co-op is managed through an elected board. Each home is secured behind locked entry doors. Apartments have a spacious floor plan and a balcony that looks over the city.
