Located in Covington, Louisiana, on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain, Emerald Forest is just above Interstate 12. Residents can count on an easy commute to New Orleans while affording them the opportunity to enjoy the quiet side of the lake. Festivals, culture, cuisine, music and art fill the Northshore and the moss draped rivers and bayous make this area an enviable place to live. All 286 units are individually owned and are managed by the Homeowners Association. Phase I (Buildings 1-19) were built in 1999 and Phase II (Buildings 20-30) were built in 2007.
