  “They use an aggressive, violent towing company to scan the parking lot every night, and if you have anything slightly wrong, it's to the impound for you. Conflict of interest, anyone? Obviously whoever set up that rule has never lived in an apartment complex. On top of that, they have extremely few visitors spots that aren't taken up by run-down vehicles from the residents. The property management company doesn't care about the residents, and you have no say, and no mercy. The plumbing leaks and floods all floors below every other month, too.”
