Ocean World Condominium

Ocean World is a condominium association of 300 site owners located in Woodbine, New Jersey. It offers nearly year round residence. You own your own land and property and you must maintain it. There is a modest annual condo fee - currently $675 - and real estate taxes are about $800 per year. The condo fee includes water service. You pay all other utilities. We have a private swimming pool, Clubhouse, basketball, tennis and volley ball courts, cornhole, playgrounds and walking paths. The Association is governed by a five member volunteer Board of Trustees who serve a one year term unless re-elected by the site owners. We are located in Cape May County about 8 miles from Sea Isla City. Ocean World is Our Secret Little Paradise!
