The courtyards. Its a classic Wilmington mix of really trashy people and people who just want it to look like its luxury condos. Most are owned and lived it by owner. The parking depending on which side is terrible. I added it to google . I don't really manage but I am a homeowner . There's an h.o.a but they are kinda ... Pieces of human garbage . Also, the HOA management . You can't get in contact with . Property go management are racist trash. We have plenty of trees that drop painful little spikes so you can't walk barefoot. Youd think they'd label the parking spots but noo. I have been here like 10 years and still. They do nothing. I have even offered to do it for them but they are like thats vandalism. So, they all lame.
