Condo living requires respect for the needs and rights of neighbors and staff. As a result, there are formal rules to support those goals. All deliveries must be left at the front desk. There is no concierge service from 12 to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The loading dock must be scheduled in advance for large deliveries; they cannot be brought through the lobby. The loading dock is closed at 5 p.m. and on Sundays; there are no exceptions. All Atwater Place spaces in the parking garage are deeded. There is no guest parking in the building. Guests can park on the street or in an OHSU lot. Cars parked in someone else's space will be towed. All entrances are under video surveillance. Thank you for observing these protocols.
