The Laurel is a 48-story, 583,000 square foot luxury apartment and condominium tower on top of a three-story retail podium located on the last undeveloped parcel on Philadelphia’s prestigious Rittenhouse Square. Designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz, the $300 million, ultra-luxury mixed use tower will include 66 condominiums in addition to long and short term residences with separate lobbies and entrances.
