Ghetto condominium complex ran by an incompetent condo association. Leaking top and pent roofs causing interior damage over more than a decade. Old, cracked, poorly maintained driveways. Rodents and insects they do nothing about. Satellite dish cables hanging off roofs. A pool that hasn't worked since the 80's which they'll never afford to fix and get working. Instead they have to pay for pool covers to prevent insects from infesting the complex next to it. Owners who don't care and do nothing to make changes. Increased condo fees which aren't used to make any meaningful improvements. Owners who are forced to have their roofs replaced and then sue the condo association and management company.
