In 2001, Garden City Realty acquired By the Sea Realty and its on-site oceanfront office located at Surf Master By The Sea. This location served us well for more than 20 years. However, the HOA effectively eliminated an on-site rental office on December 31, 2022. The Surf Master by the Sea staff has moved to one of our other locations to continue to serve our guests and property owners. Our Vacation Specialist joined the rest of our Guest Services team at 608 Atlantic Avenue. Housekeeping relocated to our Property Services office at 2571 US Highway 17 South. And Maintenance joined the Maintenance team at 576 Cypress Drive.
