Parkway Retreat Condo is newly renovated and located on the 2nd level of the Colonial Crest Condominium Complex. Located just two blocks off of Parkway in a cul-de-sac, you’ll have easy access to all of the action the area has to offer while still being tucked away from the noise and hustle/bustle. This unit has been updated with new floors, fresh paint, and all new furnishings. Parkway Retreat will accommodate up to 4 comfortably with a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Our dining table will seat four guests and TV trays are provided as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen that has all of the essentials if you plan on dining in.
