River Place Condos are privately owned units rented out directly through our office. We are not affiliated with VRBO or Vacasa. We offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos. We have an On site rental office, and we are opened year round. All rooms have balconies. 1 and 2 bedroom balconies facing the Little Pigeon River. 3 bedroom balconies face the mountains/parkway, & all our condos have fireplaces. Within 8 miles of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, we are located in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Just a short walk away from the Leconte Convention Center, and The Island in Pigeon Forge.
