Before the five-diamond Spence Manor Hotel was converted into condominiums, it was one of the most desirable hotels to stay at in the Nashville area. You never knew who you might rub elbows with in the elevator. Willie Nelson, Frank Sinatra, Kenny Rogers, Elvis and even some of The Beatles frequently called it home when they would come to this highly acclaimed Music City. Opened in 1974, The Spence Manor is perfectly located on world-famous Music Row. With its guitar-shaped swimming pool (built by country music legend Webb Pierce) this storied building still attracts people from all around the world.
