The Dawn Condominium Association, Inc. is a 7.8 acre, 175 unit, gated condominium campus that is run by an Owner elected association, There are 2 swimming pools (1 heated), a heated spa, barbeque areas, a modern fitness gym and a welcoming Clubhouse. Usage of the amenities is by invitation or ownership only. The Dawn is a mixed living environment (permanent and rental). The Dawn is an equal housing advocate. The Dawn is located on the beach in Galveston, just minutes away from the Pleasure Pier, the Schlitterbaun Water Park, The Moody's Garden Aquarium, dolphin tours and much more.
